Accommodation
Included: one double room for the bride and groom for 2 nights at a confirmed suitable hotel or guesthouse.
Halal hospitality
Included: agreed halal meals and modest post-Nikah hospitality for the bride and groom. Any community catering or extra guests must be approved in the quotation.
Photography
Included: 2–3 hours of local professional photography with approximately 30–50 edited digital photographs. Planned photography budget: US$250–300 within the US$3,500 package, subject to supplier confirmation.
Transport
Included: airport pickup and drop-off, and local transfers for the bride and groom as specified in the agreed 3-day itinerary.

Optional international cuisines & chefs
Request Indian, Malaysian, Arabic, Turkish, African or other cuisines. Specialist menus, imported ingredients and additional chefs are separately quoted only when available and approved by you. Halal sourcing requirements will be confirmed with each provider.
Travelling without wedding guests?
At your request, we can invite members of the local Muslim community to celebrate with you. Participation is voluntary, subject to invitations and availability; the customer pays the agreed catering, seating, transport and hospitality costs. No attendance number is guaranteed.
Imam & marriage arrangements
Local Imam coordination or invitations to a preferred scholar can be explored on request. No named scholar is affiliated or guaranteed. Religious Nikah does not itself establish civil marriage validity.
What is not automatically included
Excluded: international and domestic flights, visas and visa fees, passports, travel insurance, civil marriage registration and legal fees, extra guests or rooms, additional nights, premium upgrades, personal purchases, gratuities and optional activities outside the agreed guided tour. No extra charge for the stated included services.

Pickup & airport drop-off
Included for 2 people: airport meet-and-greet, arrival and return transfers, and local masjid, hotel and tour transfers according to the confirmed itinerary.
Masjid, prayers & Imam
Included: local masjid ceremony coordination, local imam arrangements, prayer guidance, Nikah run sheet and basic ceremony coordination. Religious requirements, witnesses and mahr are agreed with the couple; civil marriage registration is separate.
Hotels & accommodation
Included: 2 nights in one double room for the bride and groom at a suitable confirmed hotel or guesthouse.
Halal food & catering
Included: agreed halal meals for the bride and groom and modest post-Nikah hospitality. Additional guest meals, specialist chefs and upgrades are extra only with written approval.
Tours & experiences
Included: guided halal-friendly sightseeing tour for the bride and groom only (2 people), with the route and any attraction fees stated in the confirmed itinerary.
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: airport pickup, hotel check-in and welcome. Day 2: local masjid Nikah, modest halal hospitality, 2–3 hours of photography and guided couple’s tour. Day 3: breakfast where agreed, checkout and airport drop-off. Exact timings are confirmed in writing.

Included package is for bride and groom only (2 people). Local Muslim community members may be invited voluntarily; attendance and any extra hospitality are not guaranteed.
