Your land package
The standard advertised price is RM11,500 per adult, twin sharing, for 10 days and 9 nights. International flights are excluded. A published departure can have its own stated price. Child, family room, single room and special arrangements require a written quotation. MYR is the quotation currency; NAD and USD displays use planning rates of USD1 = MYR4.10 = N$18 and are approximate, not live exchange rates.
Requests, approvals and departure activation
An enquiry or booking request does not reserve a seat or confirm a departure. A group activates at 10 approved guests and has a maximum of 16 guests including children, or the lower published capacity. NHTT must confirm your booking and departure status in writing. Approval does not itself prove that payment has been received. Avoid non-refundable flight arrangements until NHTT confirms the trip.
What will be confirmed in writing
Your quotation must confirm accommodation, room allocation, transport, activities, meal plan, SIM allowance, price, payment schedule, cancellation and refund rules, and any exclusions. No universal deposit or refund policy is promised here. Please review and agree to your individual written terms before paying. This website does not process card payments. Any payment entry is an administrative record and should be checked against NHTT’s official payment instructions.
Halal travel in Namibia
Namibia is not a Muslim-majority country and local food and culture differ. NHTT provides Muslim-focused travel arrangements, halal meals and prayer support. Certification from the Namibia Islamic Halaal Association (NIHA) is planned and has not yet been issued. No current certification or endorsement is claimed.
Practical arrangements
The planned route covers Windhoek, Sesriem/Sossusvlei, the coast and Etosha. Activities depend on weather, access, safety and suitability. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. A marine cruise is an optional paid extra unless expressly included in your quote. A proposed short camel experience depends on suitability and availability. One local SIM per guest is subject to network coverage, device compatibility, passport registration and local rules; the data allowance must be stated in your quote.
Your responsibilities and support
Check passport, visa and entry requirements for your nationality and route. Arrange appropriate travel and medical insurance and obtain professional health advice. Tell NHTT about allergies, accessibility needs and children’s ages in advance. The website is not an emergency service. Contact NHTT directly for urgent travel changes.
