Who handles your information
Namibia Halal Tours and Travels handles your tour enquiries and account details. Contact us using the WhatsApp link below for privacy questions or requests to access, correct or remove your details.
What we save and why
We save your name, contact information, country, travel preferences and enquiries. If you create an account, we also save a password hash, booking requests, family ages when supplied, dietary or accessibility requirements you choose to share, booking messages and manually entered payment records. We use these details to plan and administer your travel. Do not submit passport scans, passport numbers, bank details or card information through these forms.
Access, security and retention
Authorised NHTT administrators can review these records. Travellers can view their own bookings after signing in. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms; the site does not add analytics or advertising cookies. Rate limiting uses a hash derived from your network address. Hosting logs may also record access information. Information is retained while needed for enquiries, travel administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Ask NHTT about deletion; records needed for an existing booking or legal obligations may need to be retained.
Messages and third parties
Booking messages appear inside your account. Automatic email notifications are not enabled. If you choose WhatsApp, that service handles your interaction under its own terms. Travel logistics may require relevant guest information; NHTT will explain any additional information needed before collecting it. Please obtain a parent or guardian’s agreement before supplying a child’s details.
Your choices
Only share health or dietary details that help us support your trip. You may enquire using WhatsApp instead of creating an account. You can update account contact details in your profile and ask NHTT to review other changes. This notice describes the supplied website; NHTT must update it if its processing or services change.
