Who receives your payment?

FAKT IMPEX INC, Malaysia is the invoicing and payment-collection business for Namibia Halal Tours & Travel. Customer payments go directly to its Malaysian business bank account or its authorised payment processor. NHTT is the consumer-facing brand, not a separate named payee.

Invoices and quotations

Formal quotations, invoices, receipts and payment requests should identify the verified legal name of FAKT IMPEX INC, its applicable registration/tax particulars, the customer, reference, services, price, currency, due date and payment terms. If an issued document lacks the correct legal or banking details, ask us for a corrected copy before paying. Bank account details are not published on this website; they appear only on your official invoice.

Bank transfers

Only transfer to the beneficiary and account shown on a verified official invoice. Verify any change to bank instructions through an independently known contact method. Do not pay personal accounts or accounts supplied only through unsolicited messages. Your bank may charge international remittance or currency-conversion fees.

Card checkout and currency

If card checkout is enabled, it uses Stripe and charges the customer in USD. MYR, NAD and other currency figures appear only as estimates for convenience; the amount payable is in USD. Your bank's final card statement may differ due to issuer rates or fees. The payment is confirmed only after verified processor notification.

Business transfers to Namibia

FAKT IMPEX INC may settle approved business costs from Malaysia to Namibian service providers through compliant bank transfers. This does not require the customer to pay a Namibian bank account. Such transfers are subject to bank review, documentation and applicable law.

Refunds, disputes and payment support

Tour refunds follow the tour cancellation, postponement and refund policy; wedding refunds follow the signed proposal; both are subject to applicable law. Where possible, refunds are made to the original payment method, subject to processor/bank rules and lawful exceptions.
