Travelling without wedding guests?
At your request, we can invite members of the local Muslim community to celebrate with you. Participation is voluntary, subject to invitations and availability; the customer pays the agreed catering, seating, transport and hospitality costs. No attendance number is guaranteed.
Imam & marriage arrangements
Local Imam coordination or invitations to a preferred scholar can be explored on request. No named scholar is affiliated or guaranteed. Religious Nikah does not itself establish civil marriage validity.
What is not automatically included
International flights, visas, marriage-registration fees, accommodation, specialist chefs, additional guests, safari activities and taxes or surcharges are included only when expressly listed in your final signed quotation.

Airport pickup and drop-off coordination for the couple; additional guest shuttles and vehicle upgrades quoted separately.
Masjid, prayers & Imam
Masjid or private venue option; local imam liaison, prayer space, witnesses and mahr checklist, optional imam of choice by written agreement.
Hotels & accommodation
Shortlist couple’s room and nearby guest rooms; reservation assistance and rooming list, with accommodation charged separately unless explicitly contracted.
Halal food & catering
Halal meal and small celebration menu planning, vegetarian/allergy requirements, alcohol-free food handling instructions; actual meals subject to signed catering quote.
Tours & experiences
One suggested half-day guided dunes, coast or city excursion; activity fees, permits and extras as quoted.
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: arrivals and welcome. Day 2: Nikah, photography and meal. Day 3: guided excursion and departure or optional extra night.
Guests & coordination
Venue, décor, media, catering and transport are planning/coordination services until supplier quantities and payment are confirmed.
