Request Indian, Malaysian, Arabic, Turkish, African or other cuisines. Specialist menus, imported ingredients and additional chefs are separately quoted only when available and approved by you. Halal sourcing requirements will be confirmed with each provider.
Travelling without wedding guests?
At your request, we can invite members of the local Muslim community to celebrate with you. Participation is voluntary, subject to invitations and availability; the customer pays the agreed catering, seating, transport and hospitality costs. No attendance number is guaranteed.
Imam & marriage arrangements
Local Imam coordination or invitations to a preferred scholar can be explored on request. No named scholar is affiliated or guaranteed. Religious Nikah does not itself establish civil marriage validity.
What is not automatically included
International flights, visas, marriage-registration fees, accommodation, specialist chefs, additional guests, safari activities and taxes or surcharges are included only when expressly listed in your final signed quotation.

Once you submit an enquiry and our team confirms you are ready to proceed, an administrator can issue a time-limited private link showing your selected package's detailed planning framework. Venue names, hotels, exact menus, timelines and prices are added to your personalised quotation only after availability checks.

Pickup & airport drop-off
Private VIP arrival service, licensed executive vehicles, convoy and scheduled inter-lodge transfers; aircraft only by licensed charter and separately quoted.
Masjid, prayers & Imam
Private masjid/prayer suite or approved location, preferred imam liaison, family privacy, women’s space, Qur’an recitation and verified witness/registration arrangements.
Hotels & accommodation
Luxury private lodge and villa shortlists, honeymoon suites, buyout feasibility and guest room allocations; all accommodation priced in signed custom proposal.
Halal food & catering

Day-by-day itinerary
Days 1–2: VIP arrivals and private welcome. Days 3–4: Nikah and celebration. Days 5–8: private safari/tours. Days 9–10: departure or honeymoon extension.

All activities, hotels, meals, security, private charters, specialists and high-profile imam appearances depend on written feasibility and quote.

Flights, visas, accommodation, meals/catering, venue rental, imam fees, civil marriage fees, park fees, guest transport and optional supplier services are not included unless explicitly itemised in the signed quote.
